Finally a long slow soak, and more forecast over the next several days...

Driving home was interesting. Rt 30 in Berlin was the most flooded (either my timing or accumulation), the 5pt intersection by the mart was under water.

I got .33 Monday and nothing measurable today. It rained on and off in Phila all day and I just missed a heavy cell here that went just north. Several more chances in the 7day forecast, fingers crossed.

It's odd to me because they always seem to accurately mark the roadway but run yet right thru occasional structures.

In your pic the structure is over the property line. I see this frequently looking at parcels in TN. How accurate do you think these lines are?

There is very little if any push back there, lots of agreement. Until problem one is fixed who really knows what the solution is? Maybe after # 1 is fixed there is no more problem needing a solution!
