From Buttonwood Hill, walk into the woods due west. You will find the raised road bed where mountain laurel dominates. The road becomes more clear as you travel west. You can see it on Boyd's Lidar here: https://online.boydsmaps.com/#19/39.62905/-74.61895/lidarHD

How about that? Two Green Limb Branches in the Mullica watershed. I wonder about the significance of the name. I'm assuming you got this info from a deed?

I'm thinking there must have been a mill there, then. I wish I could find the pictures I took of the remains of the structure there. It has since been submerged in water due to the gate at Rt. 542 being lifted.

Guy, the Indian King Fish and Hunt Club was located at High Bank, although I'm not certain of the exact location. It was near the fake gravestone of Joe Mulliner. BTW, it was members of the club that placed the original fake gravestone at that location. They likely mistook a nearby property...

Very cool find with the description of an Indian cabin on the Tulpehocken. I wonder if it might have been a Swedish style cabin that was built by a Lenape Indian (I imagine that the Swedes taught the natives how to build them). Perhaps, too, the Indian Cabin in the vicinity of present day Egg...

As far as I'm concerned, the Batsto River has just as much right to the name "Mullica" as does the Atsion River. Think of the former as the East Branch of the Mullica and the latter as the West Branch. :)
