    i would only recomend one with maping capibility i have two garmins, etrex legend and a 60cs color, i use the legend for kayaking and the 60cs for hiking and US roads and recreation software maping, a garmin product not available any more but....if you know somebody who can burn you a copy...

    in paddling the mullica i too have seen it and many others on different waterways in the pines, they seem to go nowhere now, all woods on both sides. they would for the most part be hard to find by land if you did not mark them by GPS when on the water on my gps map some of these gone bridges...
