I believe these ruins are a WWII-era munitions plant. (I think I read that somewhere on these forums.) It does look similar to Belco in Estell Manor Park. I live nearby and I’ve been meaning to go back there.

I went on part of the 1808 trail today. It's really, really cool. I accessed it via the Batona. It doesn't seem to be fully blazed yet, but those post things are in the ground along the trail.

This is super interesting. I grew up in Cloverleaf Lakes in the 90s and was often in the woods over there. We called it the "sandy area" or "sand pits", I'm pretty sure it's a gas line right-of-way. I think the two newer developments went up in the early 2000s. I don't recall seeing any ruins...

Yeah, that map was definitely a highlight, it’s huge and the type of material and ink were super interesting. My house is also on the map! I think I saw Spung-Man give a talk about it right after it was found a few years ago.
