Not sure of the exact acreage the new development will encompass but I believe at least 4,000 to as much as 5,000 acres or so would be developed under the new proposal.

I would defer to F&W on whether the road is legal or not. I had posted contact info on how to reach F&W directly and other posters have also added details as well regarding filing legal action against lawbreakers. If its a lack of enforcement issue then that needs to be brought up with our State...
