yea the big tree is there pretty scary looking still , i have a picture of it from the pitch blackness , you cant see the tree but there is some really some wierd looking almost orb's in the picture , the light small spots is possably rain , the bigger bright ones are leaving an upward streak ...

seems like it would creepy and scary at night espeacially with the woods and the old lake behind it

thats sucks , i used to have fun driving up to it and just getting out of the car you get this real erry feeling ,and chills . i was just there 2 weeks ago theres no fence nor pretty much any remains of the house at all , just the secondary one in the back , thanks for your info !!

i remember many years ago there was an old house on bulltown road near batsto , closer to where belhaven lake is tho , this house used to give me the chills just pulling up in the driveway , i was down there recently and the house is gone ,but the secondary house or barn behind is still there ...

i also just found out on there site that you can take locations from google maps and download em directly to your gps ( i did not know this ) but still trying to figure out how to get the topo maps downloaded on it , but it seems only the nuvi 500 has the topo maps(other then a handheld unit)...

its really cool , espeacially if you have kids , like i siad i came acrossed it by accident and spent hours there even tho its not very big , i just parked under bridge in the grass and walked around , ill try to pull the coridnates off my gps for anyone who wants to go

i came acrossed this one day over the summer by accident , its not to far from where i live and always wondered what the story was behind all those old trains , i must have spent almost 2 hours there and just amazed by the history , i didnt come across anyone or any pitbulls , even the building...
