    Its interesting that the DIV of Fish and Game is much more effective in blocking roads and their conservation officers more aggressive in dealing with these issues in the State Wildlife Management Areas. I am familiar with many of them and know they arrest and issue citations all of the time.

    Alot of the damage is done by small stock vehciles going into puddles in 2 wheel drive getting stuck Small stock vehicles don't make 3 foot holes.

    That was the access/maintenance road for the RR tracks. The rest were created from dry/intermittent streams. There are tons of area GIS maps but no one has produced a shape layer of 4 wheel road and non 4 wheel roads
