Would you please tell me where you are putting in your kayak to access the Tulpe. I can't even find it on the maps. Some folks have told me it comes into the Wading R at Hawkins Bridge - others have said Speedwell.

Because cars kill more deer than hunters. Hunting isn't the solution to deer over population - even extending the season isn't going to solve the problem. So it's going to take something else in addition to hunting.
