I was in Northern Vermont in April. I visited several waterfalls with nice pools below them . Each area had no garbage or graffiti. There were just signs from the state that said caution rocks can be slippery and swim at own risk.

WOW, a 657 unit housing development. They are building in any spot they can. It seems they never build developments with smaller or medium sized houses anymore. Everything by me that is new starts in the $600,000 + category. Can't tell you the last time I saw a developer build a ranch style house.

Sadly, It doesn't look like that anymore. The coops are mostly collapsed and the fields are so overgrown

Those are the coops we would leave open as kids. The metal roofed pieces held the feed.
