    Wells Mills Plane Crash

Stu moved to no place Pennsylvania, NW corner. I tried to get in touch with him via Geocaching with no luck. I really enjoyed his company. 2-2-2006 http://maps.njpinebarrens.com/#lat=39.73432056076019&lng=-74.60276526401782&z=15&type=nj1995&gpx=

I've been working on the railroads

That is quite a grade up to the tracks for the pine barrens so it could be a good clue. I keep coming back to Pine Crest but I have to visit the site to be sure.

    Parking for Batona Hike

We used to go when they served breakfast there. It was a nice stop on the way into the pines or down the shore.

Police Investigate Theft Of Hunting Dog

I came across many fox hounds and hunters in the pines over the years. I also met coon hunters and one fellow that was hunting with a hawk.I fox hunted mounted for more than a decade with our base at the Assunpink WMA. We just chased and listened to the hounds. On HC HF Road 2009.

The Mysterious Death Of A Richland Oak

Here's my post about our trip to Richland last August. It appears they started to hack up the tree. It's a nice little town but that gets lost because of RT 40 running through it. https://forums.njpinebarrens.com/threads/richland-village.11439/

Chance of getting caught in trap?

I've come across snares along trails several times, especially along bogs, but not exclusively. I had a dog stuck in one, he did not panic and strangle, because most dogs are used to being constrained on a lead. I just had to slip him out of it, but he never could have done it himself. The...
