    Have you guys noticed the steam-powered sawmill ruins just off Quaker Bridge Road? My buddies and I happened across it this past weekend. It's on the South side of the road a little over a half mile East of Quaker Bridge.

    I make no claim as to the age of the bottle, but it appears that the Orlando Tinkham Root Beer Co. dates back to the second half of the 19th century. It looks like Steve found a stone soda bottle that is anywhere from about 150 years to 100 years old. A terrific find nonetheless...
