The moment you've all been waiting for...

No I haven't and as much time as I've spent in the woods I'm kind of disappointed. Please tell us your story? Did you report it? If so how much crap did they put you through.Oh, by the way,was it a human body your talking about?I've found plenty of other sorts of bodies. If human was it a murder...

The moment you've all been waiting for...

Al believes in the Spirit World. If Bigfoot exists I think he is in that world and just pokes his head out into ours occasionally. You'll never catch him and that is what it will take to convince the masses.I believe the vast majority of sightings are hoaxes and hallucinations and if there are any...

    Parking Area and Coordinates-Ong's Hat

Thanks Karl! I heard there was a reroute but didn't know where.Looks like it got the trail off the most depressing stretch there was.I hear there is or is going to be a reroute the last mile of the southern end and i think i may have run into it up Allen road a ways.Do you know anything about this?

Burden Hill Preserve, A PBX Hike

I'll be back out there friday or saturday with Sophie. There are some nice water holes visible on Birds eye that we missed further south that look to be Aqua blue/green like the one hole,no doubt from suspended clay particles in the water. Will be exploring the whole area though may wait to go...

Burden Hill Preserve, A PBX Hike

I figured up the mileage after cutting my driving off the track and I walked 7.47 miles.Felt like more.I think these new rubber boots are quite heavy. Not meant for long hikes but very warm.socks were soaked to the point of ringing them out and it was all sweat.

Florida tackling python problem with hunting contest

The guillotine would probably do away with the pain factor but knowing your about to see the other side would still create mental anguish for most.I really doubt there is any humane way to die except maybe in your sleep. You'd think you were dreaming till you woke up dead.

Florida tackling python problem with hunting contest

Just how do you kill something in a humane way? I can imagine some ways of dieing are better then others but I laugh when I hear of a humane way to do it.

    High Crossing never disappoints

It is a major through route that i often use myself and I am not a mudder.Problem is if it is fixed and it is possible the mudders will just tear it up again.

    Tuesday with Alfie

Sometimes i think I'd love to be a Woods Beast.Running through the woods at 30 mph, crashing through ice to wallow in the water and actually enjoying it.Feeling no pain as briars rake me and i bounce head first off trees, and then I saw my Woods beast eat a beaver turd and I decided to stay a man.

    Tuesday with Alfie

My lab (the one without the curly tail) got hot on a mile long bushwack back to the car today and as we crossed a small swamp she found a water hole and laid down in it with just her head sticking out of the water. These dogs are hard. They run into things with their heads that would kill me and...
