    Quarter Mile Revisited

The roads in are worse than Quarter Mile. Kind of like a barrier. They are driving around the puddles up to the tracks, kind of like they put themselves out of business.

They will ticket you, they don't care. This whole thing has been done bass acwards. Something this radical should have been announced in advance, maps and the rules. Write your letters, put the spotlight on them, this is what they are trying to avoid.

    Quarter Mile Revisited

I've been back there at least once a week since 2011 when the signs were put up, never a barrier. Never saw police either.

Is the supers job an appointment? Actually Scott, it may have been done by Boy Scouts. When I saw a mile marker being placed at Lower Forge Camp ground by 2 adults in a FFS power wagon, the woman told me that the project to paint and place mile markers on the rivers was a 2 year Boy Scout...

A nice rattle snake this morinig

The snakes location is safe. Very docile , just don't want to invariantly step in it's space. Very interesting how they enjoy such a diversity of habitat.

It was hard to get a good picture while restraining 2 dogs. I count 16 buttons, and it looks like there were more. Can the age be determined by the number of buttons? Do they get a new one at each shed?

About a quarter mile from a big car trap. No rivers or swamps. Roughly here and quite dry. http://maps.njpinebarrens.com/#lat=39.75337033783311&lng=-74.6493412892151&z=16&type=nj1995&gpx=

It is not particularly wet there. When I drove by I was not 18 inches from them. I pass there often, so the next time I will post pictures of the area for context.
