    Where is this?

BTW; I want to give you a clue since it's not in this section of the pines. It's in Upper Township, Cape May County.

Joseph Wharton Water Supply Proposal Map - 1891

All along I thought he'd be pumping the water out of the aquifer. Come to think about it, I wonder how many tributaries of Wading and perhaps others such as the Oswego currently under water used to grow cranberry.

    Where is this?

No, here's another from the same site. That first one appears to be 1795. This one 24 years later.

Lock up the crabmeat George, we're really taking a hit on those little succulent morsels. At BJ's.

Without looking this up, can anyone say where this is? It is a small cemetary.

    Discrepancy

It's not that important Boyd. I'm sure the state just bought it. This is the state map now. They are usually correct with the green shadings. I found a state listed plant there, but then realized it's been delisted anyway, so no need to report it.

    Discrepancy

Boyd, I don't think you'll have an easy answer to this. Don't dig real deep. The lot selected shows up on your tax map, but not the state tax map below it. Maybe they consolidated it into the state or federal land in the area. This is south of the junction of Bucks Ave and Goshen Road.

While We Were Sleeping, Very Bad Things Happened

I think this; the first person on this forum who comes across a state employee in the woods, should ask them about this situation. Another method would be a phone call to the rangers office in Atsion, asking the question "why"? Because this was definitely not the act of a typical pine barren joe...

Exploring The Green Bank CCC Camp, 15 Years Later

Guy, those hands above yours are interesting. Very long fingers and hand joint is very flexible. Your wife's or Jessica's? I feel like a Neanderthal when I see that. My fingers are short.

    CJRR milepost 90

Exactly the way I feel about it; if left too long it degrades the memory. It gets tacky. Make a two year limit, then the road custodian removes it all. I always thought that if it happened to one of the family, and I felt very strongly about it, I'd make a darkened brass plate with the name and...

While We Were Sleeping, Very Bad Things Happened

I have to wonder if the state approved this, or if they even know of it.

    GEICO Insurance

I've always been baffled by PiP too. This quote from someone makes some sense out of it. "Your auto insurance is the PRIMARY payor of medical costs when in an auto accident. Your health insurance is SECONDARY. You may be looking at a coverage gap if you were able to drop coverage but alas you...

And for botanical interest when it regenerates. Throw all that carbon on the ground, and you have a real riot of growth.

Fire in Greenwood Forest Ocean County Near Jones Road

I had to go to a doctor in Forked River, and so drove home past wells mills. This is the north side of the road. If a backfire can do this, the woods are extremely flammable.

Instead of plotting the origin via GPS, set up a direct line to Stiltzkin. He has tricks up his sleeve. Put him on your payroll.
