I was not thinking of state registration. I think Miller means to register by just listing who you are, your license number, etc.

Hopefully they realized it needs to be wider at the east side of 72 outlet. If a vehicle is at the stop sign, and a sand truck is turning onto Pasadena, it's tight and dangerous.

I spoke to a botanist friend about this who has much more experience than I do. He noticed the same thing. His theory is too little light and too much water. The too little light comes from the amount of overcast days.
I agree with not giving exact locations for sensitive areas.
However, if it is a common destination like a mountain many people climb, or a lake everyone fishes, or a trail everyone uses...etc, then it's okay.
I had a canon power shot and an old flip phone that got wet. I put them in the oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes, and it worked. I just got lucky nothing was damaged by the heat I suppose.
