    Catching the Brown Marmorated Fartbeetle

Mark, I have the same problem, and also think about it. What about an electrical contact device that turns the screen into a bug zapper? It does not even have to kill them, just enough to discourage them. I've also thought of sticky tape around the perimiter.

    The Jersey Taverns

Hmm, I'm not onboard with that guys. This really interests me, so Idon't want to just let your assertion rest as factual without good reason. The definition you are using would be something one would see in a courtroom, after they had been charged with something. I think there is another...

    Tuesday with Alfie

Hmmm.....6th photo down, just a bit low of center of the photo. That shrub looks out of place for the pine barrens.

    The Jersey Taverns

I think you may be on to something....gives me an idea....how about this: .a color reflects something...gives it an attribute. Suppose someone tried to misrepresent themselves as important...untouchable by commoners if you will. That would make sense.

NJ is #2 for solar power

I find this project interesting...shining mirrors all on one spot 650 feet up a cylinder, to heat salt. I'm trying to find graphics about it. http://www.greenbang.com/us-funds-tallest-molten-salt-tower-in-the-world_18179.html

    The Jersey Taverns

I was at Cedar Bridge today Ben...I like your article. I was amused at the part about allowing Indians to imbibe...."The court modified the measure shortly thereafter to allow the sale of liquor to the Indians in small measure provided that the Indians depart “into ye Woods to drinke ye same...

    Rt 72 RR Bridge

Thanks Jerseyman. That was very interesting reading. I'm sure that those burns were pure hell. Poor guy. Gibby, I should have looked closer. That bridge is pretty high up when you stand on the edge at the concrete stoop; its a bit unsettling.

    Rt 72 RR Bridge

I was out there last week, and it struck me that I never noticed it before, but that bridge was built with the future in mind. It is twice the length it needs to be, the western side was made to accomadate a 4 lane highway. Agreed? I also for the first time noticed the date of construction...

    I'm sorry

True. The entire Homeland Security Department will just get bigger and bigger, with no political will to scale it back. It will bankrupt us.

    I'm sorry

Precisely. The cost just makes it uglier.

    I'm sorry

But this is the most stupid idea of the year in NJ. Absolutely idiotic. Nothing more than a way to throw money away. http://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/communities/lower_capemay/fencing-along-parkway-s-great-egg-harbor-bridges-designed-to/article_c02de796-e968-11e0-b196-001cc4c03286.html

    Lakeview Inn

Tom, do you remember that little store in somebody's house down 530 near the gas station before Country Lakes? My mom bought me pants in there one time in the 60's. What was the name of that place? All I have is a dim memory of the front room with placard advertisements facing the street.
