I think I know this man, but I think they spelled his name wrong. I'll bet that is Harley Giberson. If not him, it must be his brother. I think Charles Payne was the brother of one of the last colliers in the state. Harvey Giberson, of Whiting, New Jersey's champion wood chopper in 1954...
