    Campers at Columbus?

I'd love to run a camp like that. I wonder if kids these days would make it too much of a pain; wanting their IPOD, Cell phone, Video Games. Cursing and swearing at the counselors because that is normal to them now.

    T-Rex Rifle

Its probably just me, but some of those videos are embarassingly juvenile. Bunch of teens hanging around in mommy's house acting like idiots. Where is America headed anyway?

    Suzuki 200 DR

Thanks very much Grendel, but the job was done in January. I took a loan out from the guy who put it in, so I am in a rush to pay him back to avoid as much interest as I can.

Thanks all. I had the greatest time ever exploring Alaska. One of my fondest memories is stopping at the top of the divide in the Wrangell Mountains on the way back to Fairbanks from Valdez. There was a lake at the top, next to the highway but hidden behind a rock wall. It was 11 PM but still...

    Campers at Columbus?

What it sounds like is a neat little story told around the campfire. And I mean no disrespect at all John, but thats most likely what it was. You would need tremendous heat to turn forge iron into cannon balls. And so why not do that right at the furnace itself (striking while the iron is hot so...

    Image Gallery Service

Guy, I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was using lower case for the photo file names, and/or I often had strange characters in the file names like ( ). The thing should not care, but it does.

Early Morning Search for the Second Inscribed Rockwood Stone

Very neat Guy. I wonder just how many people have been there since, say, 1900. Probably not many but perhaps a wayward hunter. Nice find.

I'll tell you what Foo, when you go, I'll be your guide. I was not just in Denali, I was from Fairbanks, to Eagle, to Valdez, and back to the Yukon River. I was hiking in the Northeast: Fishing in the wilderness on a fly in trip far West of Fairbanks just south of the Yukon: The...
