You might be able to get it for $1. Its a no reserve auction, if you're the only bidder... And its right down the block from the Sweetwater. But its an AE flood zone, 2nd worst, but your odds are good. Maybe its equipped with bilge pumps. Maybe that's the reason for selling; it is an auction, which usually means bank owned.
