Wow Great Article , thanks for posting ! Just a shame we as a state in general have never taken historical preservation seriously. Central and Southern NJ have done a much better job than No Jersey .There are very few remnants of the original Dutch settlers of No Jersey .A few churches and sporadic dwellings here and there.
