It was not easy, and it took me two attempts to get there, but I made it to the Atlantic/Burlington/Camden County marker on Friday of last week. I had tried the previous Sunday, but I lacked an exact coordinate to search for and was not prepared for how dense the forest would be. Although I came close, I did not get to or find the marker.

After identifying the coordinates, I returned last Friday and approached from a different direction. I used a creek bed as much as I could before turning off into the thick stuff.

There was dense tree growth to maneuver through:

One of many spider webs I encountered.

The marker itself which I eventually stumbled upon:

A flower I found to finish the hike:

It was a difficult but rewarding trip off trail!

The broken one is on the Wharton line with private property and if you go in the fall and walk through Wharton you can get to it without trespassing. That is how I did it. This was 2004 and it may no longer be there.

This one is on private property. Parking is tough and the property owner will say something if you go on his property. He questioned me more recently when I was just on the road walking. I ignored him. He sat in his truck staring at me. Turns out I should have talked with him. Anyway, the hard and illegal way is 90 feet and the super hard legal or you are hidden way is much longer and harder. Briers everywhere. I would suggest if you figure this one out you not go. Basically, there are other fish to fry than these. Anyway, the clues are on NJPB maps if you look for them.
