Hello, I'm a filmmaker from North Jersey. We're about to start shooting a thriller in Jersey and I would like to film in the barrens. The problem is that we need either a Lodge or small hotel/motel for the actors and crew to stay for two weekends.
The Barrens have excellent and spooky sites to shot a thriller, but as I said, I don't know where to go for a modest price.
A short synopsis of the film: four friends are invited to participate in a weekend hunting competition. However, four people that are part of a Wendigo cult organize this competition, and our characters are going to be hunt by them. Any of you ever heard of the Wendigo legend?
