Wonderful images of Amatol, thanks guys.
Really a place of great history and last I went in ( Off 561 ) with a little effort the track itself was easily identified. Felt like a walk through time tracing it's pattern.
As far as it's span, I just assumed it's timespan was a result of planned obsolesence.
