Other than private property, there is only one place in NJ where the use of unregistered/uninsured quads or bikes is allowed and it is a private site in Millville that requires a $55 daily fee.

I wish this were the case. All trails are off limits in NJ except for named dirt roads, private land, and for one single day during an enduro event (with proper approved permits on a very limited course)

I'd like to see these people made to come back and spend a day picking up the trash they left in the woods, and leveling the ruts they made. Takes a special kind of stupid to "taunt the cops".

Those folks didn't go back, but two 4x4 groups went and spent the day hauling out trailers and trucks full of trash. Winslow Police posted a Thanks to them on their FB page.
