Batsto Pleasant Mills cemetery cleanup

Hi all! In the age of Facebook, I am forgetting all about posting here as well, sorry.
We are doing some maintenance at the Batsto Pleasant Mills cemetery this Monday, August 31st at 4:30 PM. We could use all the help we can get. Beverages will be provided. They have some mowers there, but you are welcome (even encouraged) to bring your own or if you have any weed whackers or edgers they would be great to bring as well. Gas is provided.
I apologize for not posting this here sooner! The cemetery is a great old historic cemetery and church that is not maintained by the state. It is located on 542 where it intersects with Pleasant Mills Rd. I know it is a weeknight this time, but if we have a lot of people it shouldn't take more than a couple hours.

We cleaned there about 5 years ago. I could not believe the amount of trash. You would think that be the last place people throw trash.

I was out there a couple of months ago and wound up meeting the caretaker. I had been doing a FindAGrave project and picking up some trash. We talked for a while and he agreed to let me know when he planned the next mowing. I agreed to try to get some people together.
