Well, whatddaya know. There's no inspections here in MI, I found it hard to believe. There are cars on the road with duct tape holding them together, and now I know why.

When I left NJ and moved to KY, the only inspection they had was a guy coming out of his office and making sure the VIN matched. Surprisingly though, there weren't many rolling wrecks that I saw on the roads. Same here in Florida.
