There has been a Black newer Protege parking font and on the side of my parents house with "environmentalist" type bumper stickers on the rear bumper. Apparently it is a light skin black guy that parks and walks out there for quite sometime. My dad said he saw him leave his car with a plastic bag with sticks in it with rope tied to the sticks. First off I'd like to know what the guy is doing. Second off he parked in the middle of Tremont dirt road the one time and left his car there for hours forcing people to illegally go around him by going off of the trail and up the dirt enbankment or turning around and going about 6 -7 miles out of their way. He has now been parking on Martha Blvd which is fine and dandy but please do not park in the middle of one of the most heavily trafficed entrances to the west side of Wharton.
