There will be a NJ Boater Certification Course offered at Batsto. This is the course that you are required to take only once in order to operate a boat/jet ski in NJ. It will be given by the NJ State Police Marine unit on Nov. 14 (Sat.) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. THE COURSE IS FREE....really.
