I had noticed disturbance months back and on Saturday was surprised to see what appears to be a new home going up right here. Looks like the number of homes in that town has almost doubled.

You can see the stake and digging in this Google street view image.

We drive sandy causeway to chew every night. When we drove by last night that was a foundation, tonight it’s a house. Pretty incredible progress.

It was purchased in 2017. The people they purchased it from bought it from William and George Rusnak in 2001.

The property is considered a farm.

Rusnack acquired it March 19, 1956 from Anthony C. and Carol Lee DeMarco, husband and wife.

I did all the permitting and wetland delineation work for the family that will live there. There was no subdivision involved.
It took a little over a year with Pinelands, starting with a Waiver of Strict Compliance for buffer to wetlands and depth to seasonal high. (2) PDC's were required to be redeemed.

They are using Cozy Cabins. Probably the best modular cabin out there.
My buddy is a plumber and he absolutely despises modulars but he is very impressed with the quality of Cozy Cabins.

Those Cozy cabins look nice. I have a modular home that was built in 1986. They cheaped out in some areas of construction and went overboard in others. I think this was to withstand shipping.
It is built as good or better than your average tract home.
