I was just online looking for some info and saw that the shotgun range at Colliers Mill WMA is closed as of September 24th-does anyone know if its still closed? I was hoping to get out there one morning before work to put a few rounds through an 1100 I just tuned up for buck week. It's a half hour ride so I don't want to get up early just to go out there and find it closed. Scott?

I was going to but as you can see from the posting time it was past working hours for the state-unlike us federal employees who work until 6:00! 
Colliers is a bit out of my area and I don't know about their range.

I don't know if the location is convenient for you, but the state also a range within Stafford Forge WMA, along Rt. 539, on the west side of the road. It is a primitive facility, with a couple of benches to sight from on one side and a line of wood posts with small platforms to place a box of shells upon on the other side. It certainly meets my needs.
