I agree with you Al. That quickly ripened into harassment and if it ended badly for the bear beacause of their acts, they should be charged.
Unfortunately, if it did go badly for the bear I don't think they would be posting a video of themselves in the act and no one would have ever known if they had to shoot the bear.
Ethically, I would separate calling in a large bear for fun from calling in coyotes or other non-life threatening wildlife for fun or photographic opportunities as you are planning to do. You won't have to shoot your way out of those situations.
Those guys should have quit after the first time they called her in, cleaned out their shorts and appreciated the fact that they were able to get her that close.
