Coyotes today

Ill tell you what! When I first looked at those pics. I thought it was a wolf. The colorings are correct for wolves by those pics. I have seen a lot of wolves but not many coyotes until I moved to SJ from NY. I have run into a few yotes since I have been here, but they have all had a more golden color to them....very cool pics!
The yotes I have seen here in NJ to me look like wolves with big Yote ears.The coloring says wolf and the size,they are a good 70 lbs the ones I have seen.A small wolf but a very big yote.
I got this black yote on trailcam twice. In the one video he is very interested in my camera

I love the UP! Never heard of Vicksburg other then the one in Mississippi so I assume your not in the UP?

Thanks for such a nice reception. Michigan is actually gorgeous and wide open, lots of places to wander. But none of them quite like the pines. We have flown the kites a lot since then, and have since started using the GoPro, which only takes wide angle shots. I love that camera.

They all seem to have geotags so you just need to hover to see where they were shot.
We live about 6 hours from the UP, but have been up there a few times. It's a magical place. We have gone to Mackinac Island (Google it, it's amazing) in the winters.
I love Michigan. I just wish it were in NJ.

been to Mackinack myself. Wife loves that place and Oswalds bear ranch as well. They let you hold and feed the cubs.
