I acquired a portion of the survey the other day and there are some things to look for before spring. That property is actually two lots and involved a lawsuit back in 2020. As far as I can tell the state was actually after one lot but lost in court. That happens to be the lot I have the survey for. I believe, but am not sure yet, that the NJCF did acquire it so before I go I have to make sure I am reading this correctly.

There's Block 1702, Lot 27 (172 acres) which appears to be the main portion of if, based on the little map in the article. But the article seems to show the two smaller lots South of that, and if you combine them then it's a lot more than the 202 acres mentioned in the article.

I now have the deed for 27 and will work on that tomorrow. The southern one is 27.1 which I also have.

I calculated the acreage on my map from the parcel geometry, so it probably doesn't match the real acreage in the deed.
