Looks kike Fort Dix won't be getting the axe in the upcoming base closings. Those are the sorts of training facilities that are at the larger bases, namely Fort Bragg, NC have.

Dix wasn't on the list. Monmouth, in the town that I grew up in, is on the list. However there was some rumor that they were going to move some homeland security stuff onto Ft. Monmouth.

I didn't realize that there was a list yet. I thought that we were still waiting for a list.
