* WHERE...Much of New Jersey, southeast Pennsylvania and northern
Delaware.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and
other sensitive vegetation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If winds do not diminish overnight, some
