Very nice article!

So lets get opinions on it. As you may have expected I say they should have kept it quiet. Why bring people in to ruin it! And to make a trail to it is even worse. Let the people who want to visit it make their way to it as it is now.

Agreed, I wonder if the park ranger knew where to find the falls all along and his secret was uncovered by mistake or another ranger that he shared the info with.

Not much a hiker can do to ruin a waterfall. Not too many people will visit a waterfall that remote and I think the ones that do will be respectful.
