Hampton Furnace trashed

To get this thread back on track, I passed Hampton today and the trash is still there.

I hate this so much.....I just don't understand how it is any easier to bag your trash, load it in a vehicle, drive it half mile in the woods and dump it in an attractive location rather than put it in a dumpster. I just don't get it. I see this all the time and I have actually looked through trash before and found good information and gave it to the authorities....they actually found the person and charged them 1500 in fines and took their vehicle they used to dump it. There is no excuse for this behavior even if they don't have trash pick up at their house. I don't know if it is they don't know any better or are that dumb to think it is a good idea. Well.......I can ramble on and on ....but I think I got a little frustration out.
