Went out for awhile today, but the wind was so harsh that my fingers became numb very quickly! This place offers some impressive wide open vistas:

In the more wooded section there were lots of birds that were startled by my car and I caught this guy on the wing. Is it a Great Blue Heron?

Once again one of my favorite areas. Everytime I go down into that area it is like I'm the first person back there all year. If your into hawks, herons, eagles, they are in no short supply down there.
