It's been a miserable day; strong winds, light rain with intermittent heavy rain. More heavy stuff still on the way north. Lots of branches down. The green fog will surely follow.

Our rain gauge shows 6 inches of rain since morning Wednesday. According to news article, that's equal to what Pensacola FL got in one hour (!) and Los Angeles got all last year.
