Yeah, you could get a good deal if the oil tanker can dock in front of your house and offload a few million barrels. Regarding retail prices of home heating oil, I think that gets a little more complicated.

Lots of jokes about storing oil in your bathtub, etc. today on CNBC and Bloomberg. And they say that your car's MPG rating now means "Months Per Gallon". So true. I filled my car up a month ago and have only used a little over 1/4 tank since then.
However, a number of people pointed out that the negative oil futures price has more to do with storage capacity in Cushing.
