The only people that will be reading them are the data entry folks. The computer doesn't care about comments, just categorizing and totaling. ;)

It seems to me the questions really don't make the case for taking it twice. It is not a poll.

It's meant as a means to loosely measure the amount of increase in the awareness surrounding illegal dumping issue on public lands. The group is having the surveys sent out to the same outlets that originally posted them as well as follow up with those individuals who shared electronic addresses. Same survey. Not perfect, but within the budget of the group conducting the work (free). :)

I guess I should have said it is not a vote so doing it twice does not matter.
