iMap Geology released - new online GIS app from DEP

What's up everyone?

We recently finished production testing of DEP's new application iMap Geology here at OGIS. I know another application was recently released from DEP, but this one should really excite our message board. It's not even on DEP's front page yet!

There is a topo layer on this one as well as many other geology-related layers. Here is the link:

I was using the I-map with the 2002 photos on it today and it kept locking up. Any suggestions?

About what time? We had some server problems today where the internet map servers crashed and refused to come back up. It was in the morning until about 10:30.

All should be well now. It also helps if you view the application with a non-dialup connection for any of you still rockin dial up. It's a pretty intense visual application.

Naw we got hit with a bad virus at work. It was cusing the slow down.
