Congratulations and enjoy the beautiful weather. This country is worth fighting for, but quite a few people who live here and take advantage of the country (and the people) are not. Greed, apathy, "me too" attitude....criminals who take from others because its easier....these will bring us down. Greed is why we are in this downturn.

But....forget all that and enjoy the day. Maybe things will turn around.

I do recall your previous comment, Guy. Believe it or not, it has stuck with me. I am mindful of how I plate things. Just to show that I can break out of the mold, this was one of the dishes from dinner yesterday.

Notice how the carrots nestle up against the beef. The onions and the potatoes are cozy too.
