Fascinating article, and looks like a very sticky situation.
One can only imagine the twists and turns it will take.
Should be interesting to follow and whichever party has Paul on their side has got the thing won because you can not pin down this area's history, especially that of it's people and where they rest better than he.
Funny how Waterford comes in to play.

There is no question(I do mean no question, that is none whatsoever) that the land was once the Waterford Township potters field (it was one of two. Jerseyman places the other in today's Pennsauken ). I've seen the deed transcription in the Clement Collection at HSP and the tract identified as a cemetary on vintage Cherry Hill tax maps. (I have omitted a few choice comments about the current government of Cherry Hill Towhship)

As for Waterford... Waterford Township once stretched from the Delaware River down past Berlin and Atco. The land in question, located off of Kresson Road in East Cherry Hill was part of the original township until the creation of Deleware Township(today's Cherry Hill more or less) in 1844. At that point the burial ground became the property of the new township. I don't recall when the last burials took place. Both Major Lawrence Stratton and former Mayor John Gilmore recalled the cemetary fromtheir youth (1920s-30s) and said that depressions in the earth could still be seen at some of the grave sites. It is said that the last Indian to die in the area is buried in the graveyard. Major Stratton said that this burial ground had always been a potters field and should not be confused with the much earlier Stokes family burial ground which he said was "lost" somewhere on the adjoining Green Acres tract or on the Ebert Farm.

The size and basic history of Waterford I know about. I am sure if Paul had not been quoted it probably never would have been in the article.
Shouldn't be hard to get the foundation for a good argument.

I know where the land is in question about 3 minutes from my parents house. We always knew about that being there, funny how all this comes to light in the press now.

Interesting article. I like this part:

Greenberg, however, wishes Gloeser would have first contacted him to try to resolve the issue before filing a lawsuit.

"At least call me up and ask me to have a cup of coffee," he said.

I wonder what Greenie had in mind with that meeting? I would have liked to be a fly on the wall.
