... Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect from 8 PM this
evening to 1 am EDT Saturday...
* location... the tidal Delaware River and its tidal tributaries.
* Coastal flooding... minor flooding is anticipated around the
time of tonight's high tide.
* Timing... high tide works its way up the tidal Delaware River
from about 900 PM until shortly after midnight.
* Impacts... localized roadway flooding is anticipated.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A coastal Flood Advisory indicates that minor tidal flooding is
anticipated. Minor tidal flooding often results in some roads
closures. Usually... the most vulnerable roadways will flood.

I haven't used an umbrella in years, not sure if I even have one. 
We could use a good rain down here. have seen big rainstorms all around the tri-state area on radar recently, but hardly anything has fallen here. We got less than 1/4" a couple days ago. That Accuweather graphic shows the pines on the very edge of TS3 (heavy) and nothing at all.
Bring on the rain. But I'll believe it when I see it. Current NWS forecast says 80% chance of getting between .50 - .75" of rain tonight.

The thing I dislike about some sites posted here is that the images are overly processed and smoothed. I like to see the raw data, where each pixel has a meaning. If you have an Android or iOS device (or a Mac), Radarscope is a really cool app. I can sit on my porch and see exactly when a single pixel of the image crosses over my head.

Here is the observed precipitation totals for today. It may not include the whole storm since it started yesterday. But you can see there's sort of a dry "donut hole" in the South Central part of the State.

The full data thru June 2 is now online (I believe it's updated at 12:30PM daily). Here's the total rainfall for the past 7 days and it shows the "donut hole" even more clearly. I am located in the lightest blue area, which received between 1/8 to 1/4 inch of rain during the last week.
