I've left the ID at just "oak" more than once. You can usually find three different leaves on a given oak tree that look as if they came from three different trees. Sometimes it's a case of using a combination of leaves, bark, twigs and buds. Loggers have it easy. Lumber is separated into either White or Red oak, regardless of specific species.

So it was you who posted on youtube. I thought it was. Anyway, mine is from L.L Bean. It was the last one there so they may be getting rid of that kind. I don't see them on their website anymore. My last one lasted 10 years.
