I scanned and uploaded many interesting news articles to my photo gallery. They are on pages 12 and 13 of the gallery. You will have to click the image to get the full-size, in order to read it easily.
They are on the following subjects:
Bill Wasiowich, one of the few remaining people who rake and sell sphagnum moss in the Pines.
Two articles about the famous Blue Hole, and Blue Holes in general.
The Lost Summer of 1816.
Three different articles about a couger "hunt" in the Pines.
Cranberry growing in South Jersey.
Two slightly different articles about the 50 street names of Egg Harbor City (only a dozen are in use.).
Two articles about Harrisville.
Two articles about the ghost towns of the Pine Barrens.
The family of Dr. James Still, and their family reunion.
A Peregrine Falcon who nested in Atlantic City, who died.
Two articles about the Pygmy Pine Plains.
Historic trees of New Jersey.
Two articles about the new book on Weymouth and its author.
I also uploaded an aerial photo of the Head-of-the-River Church and cemetery, and a scan of a very old postcard I have of the Head-of-the-River Church, postmarked in 1909.
There's lots to read there. Enjoy!
