On Memorial Day, we decided to have a picnic with a few friends at Monmouth Battlefield in Freehold. There wasn't too much to see, but I did get some nice photos of the park if anybody is interested.

There was a cellar hole at one of the crossroads in the fields. We also walked to an underpass of the Freehold and Jamesburg agricultural railroad that was built in 1922 (the underpass, not the RR)
The landscape reminded me very much of Eastern Colorado - in the plains.
