I'd wait until the process is better defined as an outcome of the stakeholder and general public meeting(s). It would be premature for us to define criteria on our own at this point without the full input of other stakeholders.
I say if you can see it on an aerial it shouldn't be closed,then again I know of one road that was only driven once about 65 years ago and it can still be seen on an aerial which is also a good reason we shouldn't be driving across bogs and meadows.
So many people seem to have the assumption that all this will ORV stuff grow over in 4 or 5 years, but I didn't expect one drive to have that impact remain after 65 years!
