Me and Momma was just discussing Him and a few other old country stars that were still alive a few days ago.Hope I didn't jinx Him.
Nice Tommy. I saw them in Asbury Park in 1976. Toy Caldwell was an outstanding composer and lead guitarist. The band suffered greatly after he was gone. I actually saw them about 10(?) years ago in Seaside. They were awful.
I actually bought this album for the cover art, but I really love the instrumental that goes along with the art.

I sent some videos of his work, skill, to my son earlier this year. The poor boy had never heard of him. I had been remiss. It's as bad as not knowing that John Hartford wrote Gentle On My Mind.

Loved the motorcycles in that movie. Both panheads.
After that movie came out me and kids in my town started building chopped bicycles. My Dad took my forks to work and had 3' long pipes welded over my stock forks. It didn't have much rake so I was pretty much staring at the steering head when I rode it but man was it cool !
